Micrologger System

The i-Submerge Micrologger System is a marine monitoring system designed for long-term data collection in and ocean environment. Key use cases include light logging and vertical sensor profiles.

Pressure rated, remotely operated/monitored camera systems for ocean field data capture & monitoring (e.g. drop camera applications) or laboratory/industrial monitoring for aquaculture / R&D applications.

Aerial Survey Systems

Hybrid camera systems to support  accurately identifying the geographical location of digital still images collected uisng DSLR cameras or UAV’s as part of aerial and boat based surveys.

Ocean Vision has been involved with aquaculture for many years with a focus on developing live fish transport systems and other products deigned for use in both research and operational aquaculture facilities and released under the i-Submerge Aquaculture brand name.

Modular Live Fish Road Transport Systems

Ocean Vision has developed a compact & flexible modular system designed to support the transport of live fish in standard transport bins.  These bins are typically transported via truck, but can also be transported using boats, utes etc.

The system provides each bin with following:

  • Constant aeration for CO2 degassing
  • Monitoring & logging of DO and pH levels in bin
  • Control of O2 input via solenoid control to maintain a set DO level
  • Remote alarm for truck drivers

Rugged Portable Aeration Systems

The i-Submerge range of portable aeration systems has been engineered to deliver continuous & reliable aeration via dual brushless air pumps. The pumps can operate in two modes:

  • Dual pump for increased output
  • Single with backup- when the controller detects a pump is no longer running it automatically starts the second pump.

The system is rugged, and designed for use with Ocean  Vision road transport systems or may be utilised independently.

Underwater Monitoring Cameras (IP and USB)

The i-Submerge IP range camera was developed in response to a need by commercial clients for a POE IP camera that was suitable for monitoring their large fish tanks in low-light conditions in tanks with high dissolved oxygen concentrations.

The camera is capable of working with minimal light at a reasonable frame-rate. It is 100% plastic, with SS316 fasteners, to avoid corrosion associated with high O2 concentrations & to minimise any impacts on the water quality within the tanks.

i-Submerge OEM produces a range of innovative products primarily aimed at the rugged electronics industry for the DIY maker through to integration into your commercial products production line. The initial offering includes the GNX Series range of rugged extruded aluminium enclosures, the C Series inline enclosures  and the  i-Gland range which re-imagines the design of the ubiquitous cable gland with an innovative, patented design.
