Extruded Aluminium Bodies

Extruded Aluminium Bodies

The anodised aluminum extrusion forms the main body of the G4 enclosure series and is available in three styles, a range of lengths and various colours.

Key features:

  • Integrated external heatsink
  • Integrated mounting slots on all external surfaces
  • Smooth internal surface to facilitate radial sealing of end panels
  • Tapped M3 threads for retaining end panels that are able to be sealed to reduce risk of galvanic corrosion between SS316 fixings and aluminum
  • Available in three styles:
    • Full body
    • Single opening
    • Double opening

Seals

The G4 Series uses a range of custom silicone seals and o-rings to provide a comprehensive sealing solution to you G4 enclosure no matter which configuration you choose.

Seals are available in a range of colours to provide the finishing touch to the look of your G4 enclosure.

End Panels

Each enclosure has two end panels to create a sealed enclosure and to provide surfaces to support IO ports, displays or pretty much anything you like. They are available in aluminum or nylon in a number of styles and colours.  The end panels are also able to be customised for seamless integration into  your OEM products.

Top Panels

Top panels provide one or two additional flat surfaces on single or dual opening version so the G4 bodies.  The panels allow for the addition of IO ports, displays or custom heatsinks for your electronics.  Additionally being removable allow for easy access to the enclosure and easy updating of the panel without replacing the entire enclosure while maintaining the ingress rating of the enclosure. As with the end panels, the top panels are fully sealed and can also be customised for OEM integration.
